The Essence

Essence nothing but everything, whatsoever we eat, firstly our nose got the taste and understand, do the essence is blowing the mind? do it really refreshing our mind and whole mood? After giving a time of fraction of one second, we put that food or beverage in our mouth and our taste buds start working and send information to our mind, Do the thing in mouth is relaxing it or not? if mind accept the taste and essence the story is at the end. Today, I told you the real story of our tongue and nose. Now, let come to the real material of special hills, Always disputed from last approximately 200 year the land of Gorkha, where Britishers planted the very special plant smuggled from the secrete tea garden of china with all it blue prints of cultivation and processing of tea leaves.

China had the sole monopoly in tea market of world. But no body knows the smuggled plant will give unexpected results after a couple of years & the monopoly of china will be ended and leave china became so behind that the distance will not be covered till next centuries. The smuggled plant became the Kohinoor of Darjeeling hills having distinctively exotic aroma with unique flavor and quality. The Land of Gorkha was so much adoptive for the smuggle plant of china and became a lifetime precious gift to the local citizen of the Darjeeling. For last two centuries the hill are still in disputes created by Indian political parties, sometime the hill got an announcement of strike in tea garden some announcement of strike in tea factories. Resultantivly, Food doesn’t shorts in the kitchen of political parties but the food of workers working in tea garden become short. sometime for 10 day and sometime for 109 days.

No effect took place in kitchens of those, who initiats strike before and after the mean time of tea production from where the food cloths and shelter are sourced by the worker working to give us the essence that refresh our mind. We don’t know the struggle of those people who are working day and night to give us the taste and aroma of Darjeeling tea. The smaller leaves are generally not fully oxidized so is strictly not quite a black tea but a cross between Oolongs and black teas. Representing the  is the same condition of those worker trapped in the web of  political parties. The “queen of teas” is now serving the champagne to politicians, Same is the condition of locals.

Queen is the worker and champagne is enjoyed by the political parties. Moreover, political parties have not to do any hard work to announce a strike and revoke the labor to stop the factory or tea production, they just have to pay money for champagne to local corrupted leader of the worker or the worker union. The foothills of the Himalayan Mountains, at altitudes of up to 4000 feet above sea level, this region offers the perfect climate is the home to the most exotic teas in the world. The sweet aroma also have a bitter truth behind. The tea leaves has fruity and taste like champagne. Basically champagne is made out of grapes which are being supplied from a singular location in France and the Darjeeling tea comes from the native foothills of the Himalayan Ranges.

The First Flush is most expensive one, The Second Flush is mild with a brisk in taste and The Third Flush is depending on the mood of political parties. Third Flush is of light  color, fragrant floral flavors and hints of malty liquor mostly. Darjeeling hills gives a wide variety of tea which includes White, Oolong, Green and traditional Darjeeling Tea. Some local citizen are skilled to make Hand Crafted Teas like pearl tea. A few rare exquisite made by the local labor are the Pearl Tea, Stupa, Olympic Flame, Peony Rosette and Silver Needles. Any tea factory may claim the speciality teas are made by them but truth is the local citizen of Darjeeling. Who have the unique skills to make spaciality tea of Darjeeling.

To conclude, The small baby tea leaves are being processed for our tea cups to energize and refresh our mind while same people need your support to overcome from the trap of some selfish politicians

The Infuser

I was invited by a news editor, He was extremely rich person taking tea in a cup of gold. He was  editor of a vary renowned newspaper of Bengal state. Mr. Arun Rai invited me to join the tea with him on his table placed in middle of garden made in his Villa,

I agreed. Then, he open a wooden box placed on his  table a put out a silver ball made of silver mash. He putted some most reputed aromatic Darjeeling tea leafs form a small silver chest, open the silver mash ball with a clip and inserted some Darjeeling tea leaf in the silver mash ball and closed the mash with a small clip. Then, he pour the hot water in a cup of gold and put that ball in the cup, the silver mash was tied with a vary thin silver chain with one hook on both end.

That was the infuser, I have seen first time in my life but strange thing is that that silver ball of mash was made by a local goldsmith (Mr. Ranjan) as the design given by Mrs Ranjani Rai wife of Mr. Arun Rai, she was an engineer form some where in Maharashtra. while, at the most in Bengal people like to take liquor tea instead of milk tea. I born and grow in Haryana, so it was quite uncomfortable to take liquor tea. But that was the taste and aroma only make me liker of Darjeeling tea.

Tea infuser is a substitute of tea bag however vary long lasting and re-usable. But later American claimed that infuser is an invention of America. The infuser is generally a small mesh that can be made by Indian goldsmith. Tea infuser varying sizes to steep single or multiple servings at once. American have given different shapes for infusers include spherical, conical and cylindrical. One style of infuser is a split sphere with thin chain with a hook on both end. The they created new design of spoon-shaped tea infusers, with handles. The infuser is placed in a cup or pot of hot or boiling water, allowing the tea to brew without loose tea leaves spilling into the pot or cup. A chain is tied to the container of the infuser to simplify retrieval from the pot or cup.

To conclude, Now tea infuser is mostly made in china and thousand of varieties available  in market.

India May Become Second Venezuela.

An investor, just an investor said, he will like to invest in the market where government is loyal for enforcement of their set of rules and regulations properly with a vary honesty or so called real patriotism.

You may feel politicians, bureaucrats and business tycoons, they don’t have such capacity to put a country on the track of insolvency, while country still have enough natural resources and with international border with a world richest and powerful country.

That may be future conditions of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh & Nepal. Because, we also have tonnes of such corrupted politician, bureaucrats and business tycoons. I am writings about a country with a GDP of 313.3 Billion Dollar in 2004 with (GDP) 18.35 growth rate. That’s not a story of fiction, We can’t estimate the loss could be done to our countries also as like as Venezuela.

An Egyptian tycoon has built a $5 billion fortune betting on emerging markets. Mr. Naguib Sawiris says he’s ready to invest in such country having Negative GDP 331 Billion Dollar with a Negative 15% GDP growth rate. He only said, one sentence, if Nicolas Maduro leaves office, then he will definite investment in economy of Venezuela.  He said, the embattled president “starves his own people, he starves the whole country, he ruined the country. Nicolas Maduro, put whole country in trouble which is unforgettable and a moral story for all other country having so corrupted people.

To Conclude, only the honest people know the value of honesty instead of those who have a thought that still narrow up to their personal benefits. Every Merchant is lifetime interested to deal with honest people instead of riches but cheater.

Another Monarchy

Saudi Arabia is coming to the aid of yet another Arab monarchy this time, Jordan. The Saudis will spend 500 million dinars ($705 million) on a joint investment to create a railway connecting the Red Sea port of Aqaba to a future dry port in the Ma’an governorate.

Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states have used their financial muscle to keep friendly Arab governments in their orbit. Last year wealthy Gulf donors pledged $2.5 billion to support the Jordanian monarchy in the face of large-scale protests.

Countless Promises

Tell the Truth

Some folks apply a rating scale, believing that breaking a big promise is inexcusable, while a small one is acceptable. That’s simply false. While breaking a big promise, such as failing to repay borrowed money, can torpedo a relationship, reneging on promises, such as being on time, casts doubt on future behavior.

Remember, trust is built through a series of experiences shared with others. When behavior is consistent, faith in the relationship develops. When promises are broken or people are misled, the bonds of trust are breached.

Broken promises imply that the offenders either didn’t think before making the promises, or don’t care that they’ve let you down. They’re also implying that their needs are more important than yours. So, be careful about the promises that you make and with whom you make them.

Promise & Moon

If you can’t keep a promise, don’t make it. For example, you may not be able to guarantee someone a five percent investment return, but you can show them your track record and promise them that you’ll work hard on their behalf; you can’t guarantee that you’ll arrive in two hours, but you can promise that you’re going to leave at 10am; you can’t promise anyone sunny weather, but you can promise to hold the umbrella open for them if it rains.

Some broken promises are excusable. If you can’t deliver something on time because of an uncontrollable event, such as a family illness, most people will understand that the lapse was unintentional. On the other hand, breaking a promise intentionally (oversleeping) is different — you’ll have to face the consequences. When you distort the truth by exaggerating, spinning the truth, or withholding key facts, you also weaken your credibility for the future.

Half Truth is a lie

Lying comes in many forms. Some people exaggerate or stretch the truth to make something look more attractive. Others “spin the truth” by presenting “selected” facts that support their position. Withholding key facts is also lying — it’s clearly meant to deceive. When you tell a lie, everything that you say in the future may be treated as suspect. “I’m not upset that you lied to me, I’m upset that from now on I can’t believe you.”

Dishonest People

They send the message that they lied because either they don’t have a strong case or they have something to hide. Once they’re caught in the act, liars will find that others may start requesting everything in writing, may start looking over their shoulder, and may question their motives. Most importantly, after they lie, everything said from that point forward won’t carry the same credibility.

You’re judged

When people cover for the misdeeds of others, they’re as guilty as those who committed the “crimes.” If you’re tempted to cover for someone else, first consider whether it’s worthwhile to put your own reputation on the line for anyone who’s undeserving of your good name.

Do you think before you make a promise to someone? What if you can’t deliver on your word? Does it really matter? The world isn’t going to come to an end, is it? Well, actually no, but have you considered . . .

Many people are pretty casual about making promises. As a result, promises are frequently made at the drop of a hat with no real intention of keeping them. “Let’s do lunch,” “I’ll call you later,” and “I’ll be there in five minutes” are all examples of throwaway promises that are frequently made but seldom kept. However, this casual attitude can have real consequences.

When you break a promise, no matter how small it may seem to you, alarm bells aren’t going to go off, but it can damage a relationship or your reputation. Think about it — when someone else breaks a promise to you, or gets caught in a lie, doesn’t that make you feel violated or cheated? You can’t help wondering whether you were wrong to ever trust that person.

Getting away with a lie can also be dangerous because it fools liars into believing they’re invincible and that they have little chance of getting caught. Before you know it, lying can become a habit, forcing liars to spend precious time and energy keeping their stories straight. Once others learn about the lies, some people may forgive, but they surely won’t forget.

Word is Your Bond
There was a time when keeping your word held special significance. We took great pride in being of good character. Personal integrity was both expected and valued. That was a time when everyone knew each other’s family, and you wouldn’t do anything that would cast a shadow on your family’s good name. It was a time when integrity was instilled in children at a very early age and was viewed as instrumental in achieving success. The truth is, our world may have changed, but the importance of integrity has not. While we may not know everyone in our own town, the world is still smaller than you think. Create some bad news and you’ll learn this for yourself.

Every time you give your word, you’re putting your honor on the line. You’re implying that others can place their trust in you because you value integrity and would never let them down. It goes without saying that if you don’t live up to your word, you may end up tarnishing your credibility, damaging your relationships, and defaming your reputation. Most importantly, you’ll be letting yourself down.

But . . . when you operate with complete integrity, what you say will be taken at face value, your intentions will be assumed honorable, and your handshake will be as good as a contract. Most importantly, you can take great pride in the standards that you’ve set for yourself and sleep well at night knowing that your conscience is clear. As for others . . . just when they think they’re fooling the world, they’ll realize that they’re only fooling themselves. A promise is a promise after all.

Keep Your Promise

We make commitments to others and ourselves all the time. The question is: Do we keep them?

When we fail to keep a promise, it communicates to the other person that we don’t value him or her. We have elected to place something else ahead of our commitment. This can result in an erosion of trust in our relationships.

More importantly, we are telling ourselves that we don’t value our own word. Not keeping a promise to yourself is the same as disrespecting yourself. Eventually, it can harm our self-esteem, confidence, and experience of life.

Make it concrete
Make sure that are certain that you will be able to do something before you commit to it. Then be clear on the expectation, action, or result that is agreed to. Then set a firm deadline. Firm promises that are set in stone are more likely to be kept. Never make a promise that you are not sure you can keep.

Get it in writing
Businesses and professionals most often get themselves into trouble when they have made a verbal agreement. The difficulty with verbal agreements is that they are often vague and tend to be perceived differently by both parties. You may not even agree when a promise or agreement unfulfilled, because you have differing views on what precisely was promised.

Memories are faulty, perception is skewed, and wording tends to be unclear. Make it a practice to get professional agreements in writing. This makes is much easier for both parties to keep their word. When both parties are very clear on what is expected; it is more likely that agreements will be upheld.

Small promises count
People often dismiss small promises as unimportant, but that is just not true. You don’t call back when you say you will, you don’t repay a loan that’s outstanding, or maybe it just doesn’t seem important to keep a confidence. If you fail to take the minor promises seriously, you destroy trust and damage your reputation.

Failing to keep these small promises gives the appearance of being disorganized and irresponsible. You make the other person feel dismissed and unimportant. Conversely, you can build trust by demonstrating that you keep your word even on seemingly inconsequential things.

Perhaps even more important, when people realize that you consistently keep smaller promises, they will reasonably believe that you can keep your word on important things. This will actually help build your reputation as a trustworthy person.

Do it anyway
Don’t rationalize or make excuses for yourself. Push yourself a bit, work a little longer, sacrifice something else, persist, and persevere, despite what it costs you. Both the external and internal cost of failing will be much higher.

Following through on a difficult promise not only gives you satisfaction, but also raises the level of respect you receive from others. If you truly want to be successful in life, have high quality relationships, and advance your career or business, hold promises as sacred agreements, don’t miss deadlines, and make a practice to follow through on your commitments. Don’t make excuses.

That said, on rare occasions something truly unavoidable prevents you from making a deadline or keeping a promise. When this happens, ask to alter the promise or be released from the agreement. Most people will understand if you have consistently kept your promises in the past.

Expect the same of others
Most often, people will keep their word. You should expect the best of people and give them your trust until they prove they are not worthy of it. Don’t make the mistake of taking agreements you make with others lightly. Be clear about what they are promising, and then hold them to it.

However, when someone fails to keep their word, don’t excuse them. Be clear and honest in your disappointment. Remind them of their broken promise and let them know how failure to act on their part has inconvenienced you, cost you, hurt you, or let you down.

When this happens, don’t expect them to keep their promise in the future. Trust once damaged, must be earned again. Be sure to surround yourself with those types of people that you can depend on. Then you can be relatively confident they will follow through on their promises and you don’t need to check up on them.

Commercial Promises

The Power of Keeping Your Promise to Customers: How to Create Customers for Life

Too many business owners treat their customers like widgets on an assembly line. They move them along, take their money, then make way for the next one. They reel their customers in with flashy advertising and marketing plans, and then leave them less than satisfied with their overall experience. Sure, your business may succeed in the short run. But in order to keep your customers coming back over the long term, you have to do it right: “the almighty customer” should trump “the almighty dollar” every time.

When you are working to create a brand, you are working to create a belief that has lasting value for your customers. That means keeping the promises you make–and even the ones you imply. Building a powerful, lasting brand means involving the entire organization—including sales, customer service, shipping, product design, marketing, and so on. In my book The Brand Who Cried Wolf: Deliver on Your Company’s Promise and Create Customers for Life, I use children’s stories and fables to communicate cutting edge principles of sales and service. My goal is to encourage readers to think about the very simple values and beliefs that they learned as children. The following nine simple strategies can help any company “live happily ever after.”

Keeping Your Marketing Promises Builds Loyalty?

1. Advertising, marketing, and branding are not the same animals and can’t accomplish the same thing.
The differences may seem subtle, but to be successful, you must recognize them. Both advertising and marketing are mechanisms used to connect customers and businesses. Branding, on the other hand, is the creation and support of a powerful perception and image based on unique, emotional experiences. It’s so powerful that the perception or image becomes a belief. Branding, as I conceive it, is a feeling. You feel trust, loyalty, comfort, love, need, desire, and happiness for brands because of beliefs derived from very precise experiences. Maybe the advertising or marketing efforts of a company got you interested in the product, but they’re not the factors that build brand loyalty. That requires interaction with the people and with the brand.

2. What promises you Should be making to customers.

When individuals and companies don’t deliver on their brand promises, they fail to create or maintain uniqueness in their brand categories. That translates to a lack of brand loyalty among your customers. That means they’re just as likely to buy someone else’s widget over yours. In the reverse scenario, when a company over-delivers on its promises, it is able to create a feeling of belonging and of family. The ultimate customer experience creates just the sort of customers you want: ones who bring you more business. You want them to feel married to your company. When you marry someone, you expect that person to remain monogamous, and that’s the same feeling you want someone to have about your brand.

3. Separate yourself from the pack.

Both you and your employees should be focused on exceeding your customers’ expectations. You can start by getting rid of impersonal customer service techniques such as e-mail or automated telephone services. Be proactive. If your customers aren’t happy, focus on rebuilding your relationships with them. The differentiator must be the level of service, the unique experience you offer each of your customers. You have to engender loyalty in customers so that they will go out of their way to shop with you, regardless of how far out of their way they have to go to get to you.

4. Perspective is everything.

To really find out how things are going at your company, you’ll have to step out of your own shoes and take a walk in those of your customers and employees. Ask yourself, “If I were one of my customers right now, what would I love to have from me?” Then, do it! Next, look at things from your employees’ perspective. This is important, because loyal employees provide the ultimate experience for customers. When you see what work needs to be done, get started immediately. Create loyal employees who stand behind your company’s brand. The benefits you receive from changing your perspective will far exceed those reaped from a narrower vision that includes only the bottom line.

5. You (and your brand) are probably not as great as you think they are.

This is known as the “Lake Wobegon Effect—the human tendency to think we are better than we actually are. The implications in your personal life are obvious—maybe you alienate people with your superior attitude—and in business the effects can be just as devastating. When you think your business is the best, you don’t work hard to keep making it better. Always keep part of your gaze directed outward. And always be ready to reevaluate your brand. Focus not only on what’s working, but look for aspects of your brand that are not succeeding and do everything you can to improve them.

6. Understand your company’s “reach of influence.”

Think about the ripple effect. You throw a rock in the water and ripples radiate out in all directions. Even after the water at the point where the rock was dropped returns to equilibrium, ripples continue. Your actions can create a similar ripple effect with your customers. You need to focus on actions that show you acknowledge and understand their needs. Doing this will help you create a brand whose promise creates a far-reaching, positive ripple effect in the form of evangelists who are ready to sing your praises near and far. Just remember that the ripple effect works both ways. Unhappy customers will be quick to spread the word about poor service. If you break your brand promise, you will suffer negative effects by word of mouth, which can be even more damaging to a business than a direct negative experience. Your brand promise is inextricably tied to your reputation, and you want to make a big enough splash so that delivering on your promise ripples indefinitely!

7. Don’t pretend to be something you’re not.

Branding is not a matter of putting on a persona that you think others will like. You don’t want your customers to feel like they are being “sold” based on a false business persona. When you are sincere about trying to understand your customers’ needs, desires, and what they’d truly love from you, a genuine connection is made that is the foundation of trust. And customers who trust a business keep coming back to that business over and over again. You cannot develop an authentic, sincere brand without this understanding.

8. The easy way isn’t always best.

Technology has made communication so much easier. But if you’re not careful, relying too much on technology will erode your brand. All of these great ways to communicate—texting, e-mailing, instant messaging—mean a loss of personal contact. You lose the opportunity to create emotional connections and build your brand. Technology should help you streamline your operations, create new opportunities, reach a broader customer base, and reinforce your carefully developed brand. Regardless of whether or not your business is brick and mortar or Web-based, remember to use technology to transcend, not replace, your brand. Don’t let technology be the end of your brand; let it be the beginning of expanding, extending, and sustaining it.”

9. Don’t drive your customers to a flawed service.

Appearance without substance—advertising and driving people to your business, without a powerful brand identity—leads to failure. You can’t figure out what your service is after the fact. You can’t put a message out that is not reinforced and transcended by the brand experience. Your values and sincerity are your brand, and any marketing or advertising efforts need to be based around that brand identity. Your brand can be created only by you and the relationships you develop.

Why it is Important to Deliver on Your Promise

All of these lessons work together to bring us to one critical conclusion: if you want to be successful, you must build a powerful emotional brand. You must stop looking at customers with dollar signs in your eyes and start creating relationships with them. When your customers see that you truly value them and care about the service you can provide them, they’ll be customers for life. And that’s the real moral of the story.

World Interfaith Harmony, 1-7 February

World Interfaith Harmony Week observed during the first week of February.

World Interfaith Harmony Week was proclaimed by the General Assembly. In the resolution, the General Assembly, points out that mutual understanding and inter religious dialogue constitute important dimensions of a culture of peace and establishes World Interfaith Harmony Week as a way to promote harmony between all people regardless of their faith.

Recognizing the imperative need for dialogue among different faiths and religions to enhance mutual understanding, harmony and cooperation among people, the General Assembly encourages all States to spread the message of interfaith harmony and goodwill in the world’s churches, mosques, synagogues, temples and other places of worship during that week, on a voluntary basis and according to their own religious traditions or convictions.

2019 Observance

At the core of all the faith systems and traditions is the recognition that we are all in this together and that we need to love and support one another to live in harmony and peace in an environmentally sustainable world.

Our world continues to be beset by conflict and intolerance with rising number of refugees and the internally displaced in a hostile and unwelcoming world around them. We are also unfortunately witnessing messages of hate spreading discord among people. The need for spiritual guidance has never been greater. It is imperative that we double our efforts to spread the message of good neighborliness based on our common humanity, a message shared by all faith traditions. The theme for the observance of the Interfaith Harmony Week for 2019 is therefore “Sustainable Development through Interfaith Harmony.”

Origin
The World Interfaith Harmony Week (WIHW) conceived to promote a culture peace and nonviolence was first proposed by King Abdullah II of Jordan at the United Nations in 2010. This was quickly adopted by the UN General Assembly resolution (A/RES/65/5) declaring the first week of February each year as World Interfaith Harmony week, calling on governments, institutions and civil society to observe it with various programs and initiatives that would promote the aim of the WIHW objectives.

2012
The United African Congress and Give Them a Hand Foundation heeded the call by organizing an interfaith forum at the UN in 2012 and have continued to be involved every year ever since. They chose for their theme “The Diaspora-a Force for Positive Change” citing the ability of immigrant communities of diverse backgrounds, faiths and ethnicity in the United States to live side by side harmoniously bound together by shared values, love of God and love of neighbor. The interfaith forum gathered Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Hindu and Buddhist faith leaders to talk about the teachings of their respective faiths as it relates to peace and harmony. The forum was co-sponsored by the Permanent Mission of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to the United Nations.

2013
They followed this up in 2013 by extending this gathering to include the faith and value systems of indigenous peoples by inviting an African spiritual leader who flew in from Guinea to participate. The core of his message was not only the need for people to live in peace but also the interdependence of humans with nature, hence the need to be good custodians of our environment. His inclusion garnered tremendous amount of interest among the diplomats at the UN and among the wide spectrum of invited guests.

2014
For the 2014 WIHW the theme was “Tolerance, Reconciliation and Forgiveness” in honor of the late Nelson Mandela who led South Africa during its critical transition from Apartheid to a thriving multicultural all- inclusive democracy thus helping his country avoid what could have been a disastrous racial war. His personal example of forgiveness for the sake of peace among his people resonated throughout the world. The Mission of Indonesia to the UN joined the Mission of Ethiopia in cosponsoring the event.

2015
In the aftermath of the devastating Hurricane Sandy many homes were destroyed in and around New York City. The United African Congress and its partners organized hundreds of interfaith volunteers to help clean up flooded homes and deliver food to affected communities. Recognizing the power of prayer and interfaith collaboration, the theme for the 2015 WIHW program became “Interfaith Prayer, Healing, and Community Services in the Cause of Peace”. It was a prime example of people of different faiths, colors and ethnicity working together for the common good. The Missions to the UN of Ethiopia, Indonesia and Jamaica were cosponsors.

2016
In 2016 the UN launched the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. It was also the year when one of the worst global health emergencies, the Ebola pandemic that devastated Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia was winding down after claiming more than 11000 lives. The United African Congress was among the first to call attention to the looming health emergency as early as Aug 2014 by holding an awareness raising forum at the UN followed by a concert held at the General Assembly Hall on March 2015.

Noting the interconnectedness of quest for peace and harmony with the global health emergencies such as the Ebola pandemic spreading across boundaries and with the 2030 UN agenda for Sustainable Development Goals, the theme for the 2016 WIHW was “Building Bridges across Boundaries”. To underscore the significance of the theme they invited Native American Spiritual leader, the ceremonial ritualist from the Mohawk Nation to participate with the other faith leaders. The spirituality that the Native American speaker imparted- through chants and dance- the need to protect ‘Mother Earth that nurtures and sustains us’ was warmly and widely embraced.

Holy Basil is considered an adaptogen: “any of various natural substances used in herbal medicine to normalize and regulate the systems of the body.” (Dictionary.com) Adaptogens are a special category of healing plants; they are meant to help balance and restore the body. Though there are various popular adaptogens utilized in the growing field of alternative medicine, holy basil is a super power, and often deployed by Ayruvedic practitioners to combat the damage accrued by living with the everyday stresses of life.
