BASMATI RICE

World famous Basmati rice is known for its distinct natural aroma and the ultimate cooking of each single grain of rice and we are specialized to trade in various variety processed differently. Varieties like brown rice, white rice, sella rice, golden sella rice are liked differently in various countries. Moreover, we grade and pack Basmati rice as per our client requirement.

Basmati 386 : India’s most delicate basmati rice is the basmati-386 this basmati is the basic bread of basmati rice which is cultivated from a long time in India. Basmati 386 have a natural aroma. in all over world this aroma is mostly demanded. Some of these varieties also available in the market like Taraori Basmati (HBC-19), Ranbir Basmati, Haryana Basmati 1.

1121 Basmati Rice : This variety of rice is known for its extraordinary grain length, which can be as much as 8.2 millimeters for a single grain, the longest ever known released cultivar in the world. It has very high  elongation ratio ranging from 2 to 2.5, i.e. length of cooked rice length of uncooked grain. When cooked, the rice does not turn sticky, possesses minimum breadth-wise expansion.

Pusa Basmati Rice : Pusa-1 basmati rice is one of the most demanded rice species all over the world. Under the Seeds Act of 1966, Pusa-1 was declared as a variety of basmati. Maturity Time – Generally around 125 to 135 days Average Yield- 45 tonne. Grain Size- 7.2 mm when uncooked and 13.91 mm after cooking. Its  botanical name is Oriza Sativa.

1509 Basmati Rice : Pusa Basmati 1509 is a semi-dwarf (95-100 cm) basmati rice variety. This variety has given yield in the range of 4.2 to 6.5 tonnes per  hectare.  In large scale demonstrations conducted in the basmati growing regions of Punjab, Haryana,Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. Quality wise, this aromatic extra long slender grains (8.41mm)with very occasional grain chalkiness, very good grain length after cooking (19.1 mm).

1401 Basmati Rice : Pusa 1401 basmati rice is one of the most demanded rice species all over the world. Under the Seeds Act of 1966, Pusa-1 was declared as a variety of basmati. Maturity Time – Generally around 125 to 135 days Average Yield- 55 tonne. Grain Size- 7.4 mm when uncooked and 13.91 mm after cooking.

These varieties are available in all type processes. At the most in European countries demand White Raw Rice & Steamed Ri e. Arabic countries demand Parboiled, Golden parboiled & Steamed rice. Mostly each type rice have is own taste combination. At the most Biryani Rice is cooked threw any parboiled rice and usually eat with non vegetarian food. Vegetarian cuisine require steamed and white raw rice.
